Victoria City Kennel Club Show News!

What an exciting weekend it was for us at the Victoria City Kennel Club! This was Teddy's first show, and Aimee's second show weekend with Kathy. Teddy did us proud and was awarded Winners Male and Best Puppy in Breed on Saturday, earning 2 points towards his Championship, handled by our friend Adriana Sisco.

Then it was his Mommy's turn in the ring - moving superbly and showing like a dream with my daughter Kathy, Aimee thrilled us all by winning Winners Female, Best of Winners, Best of Breed over Specials, then ended the day winning Group 2nd for a big 5 point win!

The next day Teddy celebrated his first birthday by going Winners Male for another 2 pts!

Then Aimee was awarded Winners Female, Best of Winners and Best of Opposite Sex to finish her Championship!

Kathy, you've done an amazing job training Aimee and showing her to all her wins! Thank-you! You are my beautiful girls and make a beautiful team - I'm so proud of you!!  

Thank-you Adriana for taking Teddy in the ring...you guys looked great!

And thanks to everyone at the show for the many nice compliments on our Shelties! It was wonderful to see so many friends there to cheer us on!

Congratulations Chris and Kathy on your wins at the dog show. It was a pleasure to show Teddy. He is such a sweet puppy and did extremely well for his first time in the ring! Kathy looked wonderful in the ring and Aimee moved beautifully. Chris, you made it all come together with the grooming and prep work and all of the training, not to mention moral support before going into the ring. What a team we all were people and puppies!!! It was an exciting and fun weekend. Thank you for allowing me to share in this experience. The joyful expressions on our faces after every win said it all!! Again -Congratulations it was well deserved!!

Awwww Adriana, you're so sweet! Thank-you! :) It was a fantastic weekend for sure! We all had such fun...us and our little 4-legged pals. We so appreciate the time you spent with Teddy - your presentation of him was wonderful!
